What Did I Have That I Don't Have? (Eydie Gorme)

1 MARCH 1966

Eydie Gorme's single ‘What Did I Have That I Don’t Have?’ was released in early 1966. This reached #17 on the US ‘Adult Contemporary’ charts, but no higher than #138 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Eydie sure could shout a mean tune. There's a real Sinatra/Nelson Riddle feel about this production, which is no bad thing, and Eydie and her husband Steve Lawrence were a regular feature of the Las Vegas/cocktail lounge scene for decades.

Her biggest solo success was 1963's 'Blame it on the Bossa Nova', which reached #7 on the US Billboard charts.
